Warm love and greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, whom we serve.
I am really excited about what God has been doing in this Ministry as of late. This ministry is a combination of two ministries. The first ministry started was by Rev. Kevin P. Novak on Feb. 12, 1996 and was called Tree Of Life Ministries. The second Ministry was started by myself on Jan. 22, 1998 called Bethesda Ministries of Guilford Lake Inc. In the first part of 2007 Kevin and myself were talking and I was going to finish my 501(c)(3) Federal Exemption. Kevin asked me why I was going to do that because the ministry he started already had the 501(c)(3). I told him it was canceled so as we talked more and I made contact with the Secretary of State of Ohio.
Through the grace of God and after checking about the ministry. Tree of Life was available to be reactivated. As we re-opened up Tree Of Life we closed out Bethesda Ministries. We combined the two names and change them to Bethesda Life Ministries. It was sure great to see God moving in the way he moved to get this completed, both Kevin and I are excited about this and still are.
This Ministry is small but Growing. Just since the name change and legalities set in order we have had new Ordained Ministers, Licensed Minister, Chartered Churches, and Chartered Evangelist and one Ministry School Charter.

God has opened the doors to get this Ministry started, and we are really excited as to what He is doing.
The object of this Ministry is to issue Charters to Churches, Evangelistic groups, Missions, Gospel Singing groups, Campgrounds, Christian Schools, Bible Colleges, Outreach Centers, and authorizing them to operate under our Corporation’s 501 (C) (3) Federal Tax Exemption Letter. This means we will not only be able to do this with the Ministries we start, but also ministries that are not operating under a 501 (C) (3).
We also opened Bethesda School of Ministry which will issue credentials to qualified people. There will be four types of credentials: Christian Worker, Exhorter, Licensed Minster, and Ordination.
If a person has never been licensed before. To achieve a Ministers License they will have to set under a seasoned Minister with a proven Ministry and they will begin with an Exhorter License. If you already have a license and God is leading you to Bethesda Life Ministries we will issue you the same class of license that you have now. Contact us for complete details.
